24–48 hours before pickup: 90% refund
Less than 24 hours before pickup: 50% refund
No-show (no cancellation): No refund

3. Pickup & Passenger Responsibility
Passengers must be ready at the agreed time and location
Delays may result in reduced service or cancellation without refund
Children must travel with a responsible adult

4. Luggage Policy
Allowance: 25kg checked + 7kg hand luggage per passenger
Extra luggage may be refused or charged
Unaccompanied luggage is not allowed

5. Luggage Disclaimer
We take reasonable care, but are not responsible for loss or damage unless caused by proven negligence.
Passengers should keep valuables in hand luggage.

6. Service Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g. traffic, weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen events).

Our liability is limited to the value of the transport service booked.
